5 out of 5 starsLaura was more than happy to ship another one when it was running late but said delivered. It came just before she was going to re-ship, so I think it was holiday mail issues. She’s very nice to order from and recommend her highly!

5 out of 5 starsWhat a beautiful magnet! The picture on Etsy did not do it justice. Very pleased with my product from this shop. Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsLoved the magnet! It immediately got re-shipped to Denver, CO. My grandson’s kindergarten class is learning about geography so his teacher requested a magnet from relatives so the class can discuss the different states! This magnet will be perfect, no Northern lights in denver!

Frequently asked questions
Why do your products say they're handmade? I'm pretty sure they're not.
I'm glad you asked! Etsy is known mainly for its handmade products, it's true. But they allow sellers to offer items that they designed but don't have the capacity to manufacture themselves. So I personally designed everything in this shop, but I have several printing partners who are able to print those designs for me on clothing, mugs, jewelry, and home goods.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Yes, I do. Please contact me within 7 days and return the item within 14 days. If you must cancel an order, please do it within 12 hours or it will be too late to do so. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I get personalization on any item in the store?
Probably! Some of my items may have a personalization field already available in the listing, but if you want something personalized that doesn't have that field, just drop me a convo and I'd be glad to set something up for you!
Why does my new shirt smell like vinegar?
This is due to a part of the printing process and is completely normal. Just give it a wash in cold water before wearing the first time and you're good to go!
My shirt/hoodie doesn't fit! What do I do?
I am happy to help you get the correct size! Make sure to check the size guide in the listing before ordering, even if you think you know what size you need. We all know it can vary greatly from product to product!
If you've done this and it still doesn't fit when you receive it, let me know and I'll gladly exchange it for you. If you've just guessed at the size, you will have to pay shipping to get it back to me for the exchange.
My order shows as "delivered" but I didn't get it. What do I do? Part 1
Don't worry, I'll help you get it sorted out! (But you must contact me within a few days, before the tracking number has been recycled. If you wait for weeks, there will be no trail to follow.)
NOTE: No refunds will be given for orders marked as delivered. But that doesn't mean you're stuck. Here’s what you can do:
1. Give it another day or two. The postal service sometimes scans things as delivered before they actually are. Not cool, but it happens.
2. Check with others in your home/building in case someone else brought it in and put it somewhere for safekeeping. Also check behind bushes or at other entrances, as sometimes postal carriers will place them in less obvious areas to prevent theft.
(Continued in next section)
My order shows as "delivered" but I didn't get it. What do I do? Part 2
3. Check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered nearby.
4. If you can, call or stop by your local post office to find out if the post office is holding it there for some reason or if the carrier remembers where he left it. They may also be able to provide you with the GPS coordinates of where it was dropped off.
5. If this effort yields no results or you are unable to do this yourself, please let me know and I will call for you or file a missing mail report, which puts a trace on the package and opens a USPS investigation.
(Steps continued in next section)
My order shows as "delivered" but I didn't get it. What do I do? Part 3
6. If it was indeed delivered to your address, then you may be dealing with theft, or "porch pirates." Keep in mind that you are responsible for providing a safe place for carriers to leave packages. But I realize that despite your best efforts, thieves could still target you.
7. You will need to report the theft. USPS takes this seriously, as it is a federal crime. Report it to USPS here: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Mail-Theft.
8. Call your local police’s non-emergency line to report it to law enforcement as well.
I hope that none of this has to happen, but please understand in these times that sometimes it does! But again, don’t worry - I will definitely help you resolve the matter!
My order is taking a long time to arrive
I understand you're impatient to get your order, I would be too! But first, take a look at the listing in my shop, as this will show the processing time. Processing time is the time it takes me to get your order ready to send out and does NOT include shipping time. In most cases, I don't have your item ready-made so that I can just pluck it off the shelf and ship it. So you may still be within that processing time.
If it has been shipped but is still taking longer than you'd hoped, please try to be patient. The postal system has been rather unreliable for the last couple of years. Sometimes things are not scanned at each location, so the tracking might make it look like it's not moving at all.
I want a refund because it's taking too long
If it comes to a point where the USPS considers the package truly missing, I will file an insurance claim so that I can get a new item sent out to you.
However, PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for items still in transit, items taking longer than you had hoped, or that I am still actively attempting to track down. I get that it's frustrating, but putting the burden on my small business instead of the carrier is not fair or productive.
But I will still do my best to make sure that in the end, you have your order and can enjoy it for years to come!
